Monday Third Week of Lent

Prayer:

Lord, how often You have aided us
when we've cried out to You.
How often You have changed
hopeless situations around.
How often You have saved us
from misfortune.
Every time we called
You were always there
with outstretched arms, to guide
and support us.

Forgive us Lord for the times,
we lost track of our blessings
and for our ungratefulness.
Continue to stay with us,
when we waver in our faith.
O Merciful Lord, do not abandon us
when we fail to trust You completely.
Open our eyes Lord, to see that our lives
are secure in Your Hands.

We make our prayer
through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God for ever and ever.
