Saturday after Ash Wednesday
All-powerful and ever-living God,
look with compassion on our frailty,
and for our protection
stretch out to us your strong right hand
to save when we stumble on this journey.
We make our prayer
through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you
in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God for ever and ever.
Amen
